Your first appointment
7) What happens in the initial consultation & assessment?

Your first session focuses on understanding your problem fully. We take a clear history, assess movement and function, identify what is driving your symptoms, and agree a plan. You will leave with practical next steps and a structured rehab approach.

8) Do you treat on the first session or is it assessment only?

In most cases, we will start treatment in the first session where appropriate. That may include hands-on treatment and/or rehab exercises, depending on what is safest and most effective for you.

9) What should I wear?

Wear something comfortable that allows movement. For example: shorts for knee/ankle issues, or a vest/loose top for shoulder/neck. If needed, we may ask you to expose the area being assessed, always professionally and with your comfort in mind.

10) What should I bring with me?

If you have them, bring any relevant information such as scan results, hospital letters, or a list of medications. If you do not have anything, do not worry. We can still assess and help.

How many sessions & results
18) How many sessions will I need?

It depends on the issue, how long it has been there, and your goals. Some people improve quickly, while others need a structured block of rehab. After the first session, we will give you an honest plan and expected timeline.

19) How quickly will I feel improvement?

Many people notice changes within the first few sessions, especially when they follow the rehab plan consistently. Long-standing or complex problems can take longer, but we guide you step-by-step.
